Manish P. Kiri
Mr. Manish Kiri is the founder Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He is Managing Director of Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Limited. He is also director in DyStar Global Holdings (Singapore) Pte. Limited and other group/subsidiaries companies of the Company. He holds a degree in Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics & Communication) from Gujarat University and has also a Masters Degree in Business Management. He has started his family business in year 1998. Presently he is involved in formulating strategies and its implementation and also looks after overall business as a whole. He embarked upon a plan of fast growth and spearheaded the company’s growth by establishing a large economy of scale manufacturing facilities and backward integration into manufacturing of intermediates and basic chemicals. He was the force behind the formation of Company’s JV (Lonsen Kiri Chemical Industries Ltd.), in 2008 and acquisition of DyStar in 2010. Due to his legal strategy against the Senda International Capital Limited, the company successfully won cases in Singapore International Commercial Court and Singapore Supreme Court.
Whole-Time Director
Yagnesh K. Mankad
Mr. Yagnesh Mankad is the Whole Time Director of the Company. He joined the Company as Chief Operating officer of Dyes Division and has been looking after the overall dyes business of the Company. He is a B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) & MBA graduate and has 43 years’ experience and exposure in the field of Engineering, Plastics, Textiles and Chemical industries across the corporates. He has also vast working experience in operations, marketing, implementation of large projects and corporate affairs.
Girish H. Tandel
Mr. Girish Tandel is the Whole Time Director of the Company. He joined the Company as Chief Technology Officer since June 2015. He holds a master degree of science, master degree of philosophy with specialization in Polymer Chemistry and also doctorate degree in Synthesis and Physico-Chemical characterization of some Homo and co-polymers based on S-Triazine. He has 34 years’ experience and exposure in the field of chemicals industries for new product development, improvement in exiting process of manufacturing of various range of dyes. He is technical working group member for the Best Available Technique Reference (BREF) Document of Gujarat for Textile Sector and also Technical committee member of PCD 26 i.e. Petroleum, Coal and Related Products Department Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
Independent Director
Keyoor M Bakshi
Mr. Keyoor Bakshi is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a practicing company secretary and holds degrees in Commerce and Law from Gujarat University. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and had served as the President of Institute of Company Secretaries of India in year 2008. He has vast experience in Corporate Laws, Finance and Management and has actively been involved in various assignments relating to amalgamations, mergers/ de-mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, corporate restructuring and planning. He is also holding position of independent director in various Companies.
Mukesh Desai
Mr. Mukesh Desai is an Independent Director of the Company. He is B.E. (Production) and Post Diploma in Management Study from Bombay University. He has vast working experience in different types of manufacturing units in India and abroad. He has successfully implemented project of various industries like Engineering, Chemical, Automobile, Rubber and water project. At present he is associated with various non-government and semi government organizations.
Veenaben Padia
Mrs. Veenaben Padia is an Independent and Women Director of the Company. She is Master of Economics from M. S. University. She has vast leadership experience in providing strategic advisory expertise and directing development and implementation of widespread programmes and organisations through insights into livelihood, education, microfinance, gender, and health relating to gender and marginalised and socially excluded communities. She worked with private-sector CSR divisions, government agencies and international donors and NGOs such as DFID, USDA, ADB, World Bank, CARE and IFAD and guided sizeable teams consisting of middle/senior level managerial personnel and handling large-scale and multi-dimensional project management, including administration and finances.
